Logo rebranding, still the same SalesPro

Broken features was removed, until future updates where we may re-introduce:

• Config Wizard [looks fancy but kinda superfluous]
• Sample data install

Bugfixes:

• Old update server no longer exists [new update server was created and added to xml manifest]
• Database table sql error on install
